This attractive two-storey, two-bed cottage has been converted to a very high standard from the original stone buildings, maintaining its classic charm while providing all the modern amenities you require, including:

- Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area

- 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room

- 1 twin bedroom

- Additional separate shower room with toilet, wash basin and shower

- Unlimited wireless internet

- Freesat TV

- Appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave

Other amenities include private parking and covered storage for bikes and surf boards.

Stable Cottage has its own entrance giving you complete privacy throughout your stay, and a back door leading to the garden which has uninterrupted views of the Otter Valley.  Many of our guests enjoy eating breakfast or having a barbecue in this idyllic Devonshire setting.  

Once you arrive at Courtmoor Farm via our private driveway, one of us will be there to greet you and provide a traditional Devon cream tea or homemade cake for you to enjoy whilst unpacking.  We will always be on hand and happy to help with any local information or you may prefer to discover Devon for yourself.
